I called the Sandstead Team to help my older parents sell the house they have lived in for over 50 years. What I got was a level of service way beyond my expectations. Carol and Jessica walked my folks through the process at a pace my parents could grasp. Helped them identify alternatives to move to, and even took on helping them find contractors to get the house ready for sale. My brother and I both live outside of Colorado, and the Sandstead team kept us informed on the progress. I was really astounded at the level of service they provided and would recommend them to anyone. I really don't think 5 stars tells the story of the capabilities and service level offered by these two professionals. Very grateful!

Since I live in New York, Carol met with all these people, and even stayed the day the moving company came to pack out my parents’ possessions on the moving van back to NY.
