Clay was brave enough to deal with a difficult and stressful situation of helping us convince our resistant and skeptical 86 year old Mother who had been in assisted living for three years that it was time to sell her home she had lived in for over fifty years. He was so wonderful with her and his approach was kind and sympathetic, and also impressed upon her that the market was at a prime time for a good price and it looked to be changing quickly. He communicated with all of us very well, and especially with my Mom, who grew to love him. Second, his many years of experience plus detailed knowledge of which big dollar items can unexpectedly pop up saved us from huge renovation projects (which we did not want!). As one example of many, at inspection he moved a bunch of furniture and boxes so he could look in the crawl space himself to make sure there wasn't moisture, which will lead to big problems later.
