Colorado has been my home since 1996 and as a Real Estate Agent, I get the pleasure of helping clients buy and sell their homes throughout beautiful metro Denver! I’ve been fortunate to have success early on in my real estate career and I believe it’s because of my previous “stops” in life.

I’ve been “around” the real estate world since 2003 supporting, training, and working with Real Estate agents and lenders when I sold title insurance. That experience provided me a keen environment to glean the best attributes of a successful Real Estate Agent and to avoid the pitfalls of most. I’ve also been fortunate to see almost every angle to a real estate transaction. I’ve bought and sold my own homes, been a General Contractor building a home from the ground up, and was the closer for real estate transactions and refinances during my time in the title.

My experience here is my client's gain! Equally important, I have been in professional sales roles since 1996, and through previous stops in office equipment and Internet Security sales, I learned professional selling and negotiating skills, persistence, and empathy. Finally, I chose to join one of the best real estate agents, mentors, and friends I know in the business, Curtis Wehr and Re/Max. Becoming a Real Estate Agent is one of the best decisions I have made and I’m excited to serve my clients!

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and two boys. We spend a lot of time playing at home, in the yard, and outdoors. I try and stay active with different activities and sports and love hunting, playing basketball, golf, running marathons, snowboarding, occasionally scuba diving, and traveling as much as time permits!

I'm sure that finding a reliable agent will be a major concern to you in finding real estate. Well, you have found your man in Dave Huddle. He will knock himself out on your behalf as he did for me. I was concerned that, given my paltry ability to pay, that I might get short shrift from an agent. Well, I was wrong. ?Dave knocked himself out for me as I'm sure he will for you. He went well above what you might expect from an agent. He arranged my home inspection. You might expect that but then he came to the property with me and we reviewed the comments from the inspector by looking ourselves. Dave had many helpful comments. Having ascertained that I was concerned about heavy lifting given the fact that I am superannuated and impecunious, he got a pickup and a friend to help and moved me in. He also went out and got a quote on the insurance on my behalf (by the way, I did not solicit this kind of effort). He has also shown concern about how I am doing since then, unlike what you might expect. I think I would be past history to most agents. He is also articulate and well informed on many subjects and is a great conversationalist. You should enjoy his company. In short, SIGN HIM UP!

Such a great experience! This was our second time buying and selling a home with Dave Huddle and I can honestly say I wouldn't want to go through any real estate transaction without him. In both cases we had unusual circumstances that required special attention and unique considerations. The first time around was in an extremely hot sellers market with steep competition. With creative problem solving and deep knowledge of the industry, Dave was able to secure a contract on the home we wanted even though 18 other buyers had submitted offers the same day. The second time we found our dream home before we had even considered placing our other house on the market. It was a whirlwind process with no guarantee that our house would go under contract in time to get a contract on the house we wanted. But thanks to his help, it all came together!

In both situations Dave was able to skillfully bring the deals together through timely, intentional interaction with the other agents and creative problem solving. Dave has such a knack for being able to navigate tricky real estate deals with the utmost professionalism, garnering him praises from the realtors on the other side of the transaction, mortgage professionals and his clients. I'm certain he had other clients he was serving at the same time, however he made us feel as if we were his top priority and the only clients he had on his mind. Additionally, the team behind him made all aspects of the transaction smooth and we always knew what was happening. I would recommend Dave Huddle and the Wehr Homes Team at any time to anyone!
