Meet Dave Livingston

I am a Denver, Colorado native and a second generation real estate broker. My dad was a successful real estate broker for 30 years and I have been one for over 40 years. I have been recognized as a 5 Star Professional for 14 years in a row. My goal is to make sure my clients feel supported and that they have a trusted advisor from start to finish during their real estate transaction. I value the trust my clients have in me and I strive to exceed their expectations. I am a proud father, grandfather and I am married to a wonderful, supportive wife.
