Clay was incredibly helpful this past summer in guiding us through the home buying process. Clay was brave enough to deal with a difficult and stressful situation of helping us convince our resistant and skeptical 86 year old Mother who had been in assisted living for three years that it was time to sell her home she had lived in for over fifty years. He was so wonderful with her and his approach was kind and sympathetic, and also impressed upon her that the market was at a prime time for a good price and it looked to be changing quickly. He communicated with all of us very well, and especially with my Mom, who grew to love him. The house sold quickly, and I attribute that to Clay’s communication with the potential buyers agent and his amazing work ethic. We are so very grateful to Clay and highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home!

Clay is the absolute best in the business. We have purchased two houses with his assistance and both times he worked tirelessly to find us the perfect location. My husband and I are both picky and thorough. We never felt rushed or stressed with either house hunt because Clay is patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly detailed. He took in to account our wishes but also challenged us to think outside the box.

I could point to countless positives, but something that makes Clay unique is that he knows everyone in the business. When we bought our second house, we toured and put in an offer before the house hit the market because he caught wind the sellers were interested in selling. He is super proactive and because of that, we saved money and got a great deal.

This was our first home purchase and we were thrilled with Clay's service. First, he clearly explained each step at the right time which gave us confidence throughout the process. Second, his many years of experience plus detailed knowledge of which big dollar items can unexpectedly pop up saved us from huge renovation projects (which we did not want!). As one example of many, at inspection he moved a bunch of furniture and boxes so he could look in the crawl space himself to make sure there wasn't moisture, which will lead to big problems later. Finally, he took care of the small details that made our offer ultimately stand out in a hyper-competitive market without having to overbid.
