Keith has been involved in the real estate business as a Sales Agent and/or Broker since 1983 and he was licensed by the State of Colorado as a Real Estate Appraiser in 1990 until 2001 when he put his license on inactive status. Before joining us in March of 1995, he worked at an independent commercial real estate office in Denver.
In his second year, he became that firm's Top Producer and for the next 10 years, he continued to finish first or second in sales annually. Keith specialized in investment properties. His successful transactions range from single-family investments, duplexes to fourplexes, and small and large apartment complexes to other forms of commercial real estate. In addition, Keith has owned and managed the rental property since 1980.
Keith is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of REALTORS® and the Colorado Association of REALTORS®. This enables him access to all of the Denver-Metro area real estate markets, cooperating brokers, and MLS services.
He is proficient with the computer technology necessary to function successfully in today's real estate markets. He uses the latest software needed to compete successfully in today's marketplace. Keith is constantly adding to his Real Estate education. Going above and beyond the Colorado required Continuing Education, he takes many extra hours of Real Estate Broker and Appraisal training to stay ahead of the pack.
Keith's interests outside of real estate include travel, motorcycles, auto racing, hunting, fishing, skiing, and investing. He has been married to his wife, Sue since 1980.
