Legacy 100 is led by Jim Weichselbaum, Principal Broker and Owner — a Colorado real estate veteran whose roots in this state run deeper than most. Jim came to Colorado in the 1970s, building in Vail before making the Denver metro his permanent home. More than four decades later, he still shows up every day with the same conviction that brought him here: that real estate done right changes people’s lives.
