Carol Sandstead is a Denver native and has always worked and resided in the Denver Metro Area. She has sold residential real estate from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Her expertise ranges from new construction to light commercial property sales including residential owner occupied homes, residential multi-units and commercial investment property to name a few. She has assisted with commercial leasing, single family and multi-unit construction. Carol and her daughter, Jessica Griffith, are the Sandstead Team and have developed a high level of expertise in the sale of real estate when the sales are court ordered or part of an estate. In that capacity, she works closely with Fiduciaries and Estate Attorneys. In her 44+ years as a realestate broker, she has earned many awards: Senior Real Estate Specialists, 5280 Magazine Awards, National 5 Star Real Estate Professional, Hall of Fame, and Lifetime Achievement Award to name some of the more meaningful to her.
